Description: 

Pumps for applications requiring reliability and pumping regulation. Twin pumps are made of the same basic components and hydraulic design as the single in-line pumps. The Twin-pump comprises of two pumps in one common casing incorporated with an integral non-return valve. This prevents the internal circulation in case only one pump is running or the other is dismounted for repair.

The changeover of the pumping side can be easily automated because no other valves are needed for that procedure. When the other pump unit has been replaced with a blind service cap the other unit can be used as a single pump unit. The two motor units (motor and impeller) of a twin pump can be of different sizes (different duty-points).

Both units with frequency converters. Alternation and parallel operation from heat exchanger control center via BMS.

SCG construction= pump, frequency converter with a display (transmitter not included). Speed reference from external controller.

SCB/SCC construction= pump, frequency converter with a display and both units with 4 pressure transmitters.

SCB: Fixed differential pressure control, differential pressure reference from VSD display

SCC: Fixed differentail pressure control between supply and return pipes, differential pressure reference from VSD display.


B) WITH INTEGRATED FREQUENCY CONVERTERS NC_

Supply voltage 1.1-3 kW 230 V and 1.1-15 kW 3 x 400 V
Both units with integrated frequency converters.
Alternation and parallel operation from heat exchanger control center or via BMS.
NCG construction= pump, frequency converter with a display (no transmitter). Speed reference from external controller.
NCB/NCC construction= pump, frequency converter with a display and two pressure transmitters. 
NCB: fixed differential pressure control, reference from VSD display
NCC: fixed differential pressure control between supply and return pipes, differentail reference from VSD display.


C) WITH INTEGRATED FREQUENCY CONVERTERS VS_

Supply voltage 3 x 400 V
Both units with integrated frequency converters. Alternation and parallel operations from heat exchanger control center or via BMS.
VSG construction= pump, frequency converter with a display (no transmitter). Speed reference from external controller. Drive unit includes frequency converter.
VSB/VSC construction= pump, frequency converter with a display and two pressure transmitters. 
VSB: fixed differential pressure control between pump flanges, reference from VSD display
VSG: Fixed differentail pressure control between supply. and return pipes, reference from VSD display.
